A planning Journal Perfect for Planning a community event.Any individual or group planning to organize and/or operate a Community Event or Farmer’s Market (indoors or outdoors) where persons may gather for the consumption of food and/or beverages shall notify the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit by completing the following application a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to the Event:

Please note, the Municipality Of Whitestone currently has six (6) hand-washing station kits available to loan out to local Groups & Services to set up during their Event.  Please contact the Municipal Office for more information.
