The Whitestone Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic (NPLC) provides comprehensive primary care for residents and cottagers in Whitestone and the surrounding area. Services include health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease management, and education for patients and families in the community
A full-time nurse practitioner works collaboratively with a number of part-time health professionals, including a registered nurse, a social worker, a physiotherapist and a mental health and addictions counsellor. Lab services are also available on a part-time basis. Patients are asked to please call to make an appointment. In the case of an emergency, please call 911.

Our Building Expansion Project
Whitestone Council in partnership with the West Parry Sound Health Centre (and with the assistance of several grant funding opportunities) expanded the Nurse Practitioner-led Clinic in 2022. This wonderful community asset to meet the needs of our community and surrounding communities with:
- Safer care with more space for infection control;
- Improved access to care with more patient rooms for scheduling our nurse practitioners, physiotherapist, social worker, mental health and addictions counsellor and family physician;
- Increased capacity to meet the demand for existing services; and
- Potential for new health and wellness services
