Walk Fit Program

The original Walk Fit Program was started a number of years ago by the late Del Carter.

Join the Walk Fit program to help reduce the effects of ageing. It is more than just walking; always included is fun and accommodation to your activity level. Activities include Warmup, Cardiorespiratory Exercising, Strength and Endurance, Stretching for Flexibility, Balance for Fall Reduction and Socialization. 

The Program is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, between September and June each year at the Dunchurch Community Centre.
