Short Term Rental Unit is defined as to the use of a dwelling or dwelling unit that is available for rent in its entirety for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days or less, to provide temporary lodging to the travelling of vacationing public but does not include a bed and breakfast establishment or the commercial uses permitted in the Tourist Commercial (C2) Zone of the Municipality’s Zoning By-law.
