The United Church Women’s Group meets regularly throughout the year. At the meetings there is always a time of fellowship, as well as discussion about upcoming activities and planning for future fund raisers. The UCW holds fund raisers throughout the year.
The UCW plays a large part in the life of the church. It is integral in financially supporting the church. The UCW also financially supports local charity groups as well as the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada, World Vision and the Fellowship of the Least Coin. The UCW also plays an active role in the spiritual life of the church and participates in church social events such as the monthly coffee hours and occasional potluck lunches which inspire friendship and welcome new people into the church family.
